Base Cost

Galas, Weddings, Formal Events Under 1000 People $6 per person

Full service per person pricing includes

• Ice and Storage Equipment
• All Bar Mixes: Coke, Diet, Ginger, 7up, Cranberry, OJ, Soda, Clamato and Tonic
• Portable Bar, Blender, Mixing Supplies, etc.
• Napkins, Plastic Cups Straws
• Garnishes: Lemon, Limes, Pickles and Olives
• All Bartenders and Bar Assistants

Additional

• Slush Machines $1 per person
• Flair Bartenders $75 each
• Beverage Servers $16.50 per hour
• Additional Mixes 25¢ per person
• (Bottled Water, Grapefruit, Pineapple, Pomegranate, Mango Purees, etc.)
• Glassware Rental Base Cost 55¢ per unit

One Time Consultation Fee

Includes client consult for liquor and beer order assistance as well as the design of one signature cocktail for their events: $150

• Clients will be responsible for securing their own Special Occasion Permit and the purchase of alcohol for the event. Protenders will assist the process start to finish.
